1. Introduction
Ratio Exchange, LLC ("Ratio Exchange," "Company" or "We") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.
This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the website ratio.exchange or any of our other websites, webpages or Instances (as defined below) (collectively, our "Website"), or when you otherwise interact with or use our software, applications, exchange, platform, or web-based services (such items and services, together with our Website, the "Services"), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
1.1 Ratio Exchange Ecosystem.
a) Description. Ratio Exchange offers an interconnected marketplace where individuals and businesses can connect with organizations that need services, products, and other solutions (the "Exchange"). Consequently, even though you register with one Instance, your information and User Contributions (as defined below) within one Instance may become visible to users in another Instance. Similarly, you may be able to access information within other Instances than the one you registered for.
